Food concessions and full bars accepting cash and credit card are available at Caloosa Sound Amphitheater. Enjoy 10% off your bill when you show your official Tixr ticket at any Luminary Hotel & Co. Dining Outlet on the day of the event.
Outside food, beverages, and coolers are not permitted.
Ticket Info & Support
You can view your tickets anytime from your Tixr account wallet on a web browser, Tixr app, or the ticket pdf emailed to the e-mail address shared at the time of purchase. Visit Tixr fan knowledge base for more information.

A: All shows are held rain or shine. In case of a weather emergency, all ticket holders will be updated via email and posted on our social media channels. While we do not allow umbrellas, you may want to bring a poncho or raincoat.

If you or someone in your party is unable to walk from the parking garage to the amphitheater, we recommend dropping them off at the amphitheater before parking.
A: Yes. LeeTran buses serve the Downtown Fort Myers area with stops within walking distance of the Caloosa Sound Convention Center and Amphitheater.
Please note that during large events, road closures may temporarily change nearby bus stops. For route maps, schedules, current fare information, and reservations, please visit the LeeTran website before your trip.
A: Re-entry is determined on an event-by-event basis by the event producer. Please see your Tixr.com event page for specific details regarding re-entry.
A: Seating varies by event. Review your ticket type on Tixr.com to confirm what’s included and confirm what you can bring in with you to sit on. If chairs are allowed, we ask that you are respectful of the guests behind you and not bring a chair that will potentially block someone’s view of the stage.
A: Smoking is prohibited inside the gated area, but we do have designated smoking areas nearby. Please ask a venue representative on-site for directions.
A: Personal photography is welcome. Flash photography and professional cameras with removable lenses are prohibited. Recording equipment, drones, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are also not permitted.
