Parking
There are parking garages around downtown that will have event parking for a small fee. If you or someone in your party is unable to walk from the parking garage to the amphitheater, we recommend dropping that person off at the amphitheater.

Luminary Hotel & Co. also offers valet parking for a fee.

Outside food, beverages, and coolers are prohibited. Food trucks will be on site. Cash bars with beer, wine, craft cocktails, soft drinks & water.

Your phone is your ticket! The Caloosa Soud Amphitheater has added a paperless option, besides paper tickets and print-at-home PDF ticket options, with digital tickets! Now you can view, use, and manage your tickets straight from your mobile phone.

Accessing Your Digital Tickets
You can access your digital tickets from the email you received when you purchased / reserved your tickets, the Eventbrite mobile website, or download the Eventbrite App.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: Yes! A ticket is required for entry to all events for guests ages two and older.

A: Visit our Events & Tickets page to view and purchase tickets for upcoming events. 

A: Outside food, beverages, and coolers are prohibited. Food vendors and cash bars are on site.

A: All animals are prohibited, with the exception of service animals designated in accordance with ADA guidelines.

A: Gates will open one hour before the show begins.

A: All shows are held rain or shine. In case of a weather emergency, all ticket holders will be updated via email and posted on our social media channels. While we do not allow umbrellas, you may want to bring a poncho or raincoat.

A: If you are unable to print your tickets, you can access them on your smart phone! Just provide your confirmation email or sign in to your Eventbrite app to show your ticket(s).

A: You can go to the email you were sent when you purchased/reserved the tickets to pull up your tickets. You can also visit the Eventbrite mobile website or download the Eventbrite app from the iTunes App Store or the Google Play Store.

On the app/website:

Go to “Tickets” or “Manage Tickets.”

Browse for the specific event you’re looking for and tap to see your tickets.

When you get here, scan your digital ticket from your smartphone. If you have guests and multiple tickets on your phone, swipe to navigate between them. You may also print a PDF version of your tickets and present them at check in.

A: You can bring a blanket, towel or small foldable lawn chair. Although we don’t limit chair size, we ask that you are respectful of the guests behind you and not bring a chair that will potentially block someone’s view of the stage.

A: No. Seating is provided for VIP & Super VIP tickets. Your ticket will indicate your assigned row and seat number.

A: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is cancelled or postponed.

A: No. There is no re-entry unless otherwise noted.

A: Caloosa Sound Amphitheater is next to the Caloosahatchee River in downtown Fort Myers at 2101 Edwards Drive, Fort Myers, FL, 33901 (across from Luminary Hotel & Co.).

A: Smoking is prohibited inside the gated area, but we do have designated smoking areas nearby. Please ask a venue representative on-site for directions.

A: Absolutely! As a safety precaution for the performers and other patrons, flash photography is prohibited. We love to see our guests having fun, so snap away and tag us on social.
