Rules & Policies

Caloosa Sound Amphitheater is committed to providing a safe experience for everyone. All guests entering the venue are screened using wands and bag checks. Attendees are advised to arrive early and only bring essentials. For a full list of permitted and prohibited items, please review below.

Re-Entry

Caloosa Sound Amphitheater has a no re-entry policy. For emergencies or special requests, please speak with a guest services representative prior to leaving the venue during an event.

Camera Policy

Flash photography, professional cameras (including SLR cameras or cameras with detachable lenses) are prohibited. Recording equipment, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are also prohibited.

Food & Beverage

Outside food, beverages, and coolers are not permitted.
Food trucks & cash bars will be open before/during the concert.

Gate Time

Gates open one hour prior to the event starting.

Weather

All shows are held rain or shine, no refunds or exchanges.

- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
- Drink Responsibly. Intoxicated patrons may be denied admittance to the venue.

NO Musical Instruments or Noisemakers

NO Poster Tubes (Show Specific)
NO Selfie Sticks
NO Signs Larger than 12" x 12"
NO Skates or Skateboards
NO Umbrellas
NO Unauthorized Solicitation, Giveaways or Sampling
NO Weapons of Any Kind: Pocket Knives, Firearms, Mace, Pepper Spray, Tasers, etc.
NO Wrapped Packages of Any Kind

Although by state law, the County cannot regulate the admission of patrons with weapons, the vast majority of private event promoters who use the amphitheater do not allow patrons with weapons to be admitted to their events. Security personnel reserve the right to inspect any item any time and prohibit any item deemed inappropriate for crowd safety.
